Notes

This is the fourth album of the 'Five Atomic Seasons' cycle by Tangerine Dream that includes the following albums:

The Eastgate Music Shop about the CD release"Winter In Hiroshima -- the fourth part of The Five Atomic Seasons is another document of the remarkable wide range of musical landscapes created by Tangerine Dream. Even if the music never left the sad background the story itself requires, the fourth season will explain some of the positive vibes which guide two protagonists far beyond the prevailing circumstances. So take over the positive energy filling this production in order to become part of an astonishing turn the story has to offer. Wintertime in its description here will move you gently away from the hopeless land of horror over to a new silver lining of new challenges within everybody's day to day life back in 1945. Read and then listen to an outstanding hour of personal experiences."

Regarding the initial Eastgate CD release, neither CD nor the paper inserts show any order number or barcode, but the number given below is the order number the Eastgate Music Shop lists this release.

In November 2009 this release became available as MP3 download at the Tangerine Dream Download Shop as well. Notably, a mistake of the CD cover artwork (showing the japanese symbol for springtime instead of winter) was corrected for the download artwork.

In February 2010 the album was re-released with different cover design as part of an extensive digipack series (consisting of a total of more than 60 CD and DVD releases) by the Germany based Membran record label, and in March 2010 it was re-released in Japan as part of a series of HiQualityCDs with mini LP paper sleeves.
