Notes | | | "War is much too serious a matter to be entrusted to the military." - Georges Clemenceau |
| | | The 1978 studio release Cyclone was a somewhat controversial album with its use of vocals by Steve Jolliffe. But it also had its good moments, and on the European 1978 tour there were a few remarkable performances. One of these events, the gig at the Audimax in Hamburg, is presented on Tangerine Tree Volume 11: Hamburg 1978. Up to now no complete recording of this show has appeared among collectors, thus this release features the second set and the encore of this concert only. There is no sign of Bent Cold Sidewalk or Rising Runner Missed By Endless Sender here, but parts of Madrigal Meridian can be heard during this widely improvised gig. |
| | | The track listing above shows titles according to the naming conventions used throughout this compilation and the revised artwork by Leah Cim. The track listing as printed on the original cover is as follows:- Part One 43:12
- Part Two 9:20
