Notes | | | In late 1998, TDI released the first half of the 1997 Shepherds Bush concert, called the 'Vintage Set', on the CD Valentine Wheels. It was first available only by internet order in a so-called "Holiday Season Booster", including a T-shirt, an autographed photo, a sticker and the CD. In April 1999 the album was officially released with slightly different cover artwork. |
