Notes

The origin of the Bootleg CD Sound And Effects is stated to be in Italy; this seems to be true. The coloured cover insert shows a picture not taken during the US tour in 1988, but during the concert on the Berlin Reichstag area ('Platz der Republik') in August 1981. Otherwise, CD and cover look very professional, but the sound quality is very bad.

 


The tracklisting on the back lists all tracks with the correct titles and composers, with the exception of the last track: House Of The Rising Sun, which was indeed played by TD during their US tour in 1988, is not on the CD. In fact, the last track is a live version of Assassin by Mark Shreeve, that again is a remake of the main theme from the movie 'Assault On Precinct 13' by John Carpenter. Some of the CDs have a sticker "not licensed for Germany"

 


This bootleg became obsolete due to the release of Tangerine Tree Volume 85: New York 1988.
