| Notes | | | The limited edition CD Shepherds Bush was exclusively sold at TD's concert in London on November 30th, 1996. It contains an arrangement of the Beatles' Eleanor Rigby and a remixed track in the style of material from The Dream Mixes basing on tracks from Force Majeure, Tangram and Thief. Both tracks had been performed as encores during the concert. The CD-5 was limited to 2,000 numbered copies, though a small number of unnumbered promotional copies were handed to journalists and radio stations in advance and after the gig in London. In 1998, both tracks have been re-released on the album Dream Encores. |
