Fallen Angels contains three previously unreleased tracks. This release is the second of a series of so-called 'mini cupdiscs'.
At time of writing it is unknown whether this comment refers to the strange digital clicks that can be heard on the third track, that is, whether they either are intentional or origin from some error during mastering the CD.
In October 2008 this release became available as MP3 download at the Tangerine Dream Download Shop as well.
