Accompanying the 1986 studio album Underwater Sunlight in the USA a 12" single was released, featuring two tracks from the album and the non-album composition Dolphin Smile, that stayed unreleased on a regular TD album until the 2011 re-release of Underwater Sunlight where it finally was included as a bonus track.

Ironically, Dolphin Dance does not contain the namesake composition: the first track of the single, though titled Dolphin Dance by mistake, is in fact an excerpt of Ride On The Ray.
