Notes

The 2-CD set Sonambulistic Imagery features the Laguna Hill concert during TD's 1986 US tour. Both CDs come in a slim CD tray; the set contains a coloured 4-page booklet showing a concert photograph on the front side and portraits of the band members on the inner pages. The inside of the backside insert shows another concert photo. The photos were taken during the 1986 tour, but probably not at Laguna Hills. Some of the music has not been made available on any official record by now, while most of the music are live version of compositions from the records Ricochet (1975), Stratosfear (1976), Exit (1981), Poland, Flashpoint (both 1984), Le Parc (1985), Underwater Sunlight and Legend (both 1986). Sound quality is not excellent, but very proper.

The CDs are silver; the black writing does not mention Tangerine Dream but only the CD title. The alleged record company is called 'Blue Moon Records', the same company that had released the bootleg Dreaming On Danforth Avenue before.

This bootleg became obsolete due to the release of Tangerine Tree Volume 24: Laguna Hills 1986.

Re-Releases

Surprisingly, 25 years after its initial release, a new version of this album appeared in December 2018 in the catalogues of several online shops: a certain Leftfield Media company, known for semi legal releases (apparently using a hole in the European copyright laws concerning recorded public broadcasts), had reissued this album with completely different artwork. While Leftfield succeeded in finally correcting the spelling error of the original title, they chose a new cover photo with a completely wrong line-up. The photo was taken during the Eberswalde concert 2007 by Ralf Roletschek, published in Wikipedia commons and most probably used by the record company without permission.

Almost a year later the bootleg saw its first release on vinyl, split into a single a double album. This release apparently was based on the CD re-release from 2018, using the same (correct) spelling and (inappropriate) cover photo. For this release the tracks Imagery One and Imagery Two were split accross two vinyl sides each.
